Dentist William Garcia, DDS
Dr. William J. Garcia’s journey to becoming a dentist is a testament to his dedication and passion for helping others. Born in Colombia, Dr. Garcia immigrated to the United States at the age of 14. As he explored various career paths, from retail and office management to art and computer IT, he discovered his true calling in dentistry. Introduced to the field by a friend, Dr. Garcia found a deep sense of purpose in caring for patients’ smiles.
Determined to pursue his passion, Dr. Garcia started studying dentistry in his home country of Colombia. After graduating as the first dentist in his family, he returned to his adopted home of Naples, Florida, eager to further his expertise. Dr. Garcia’s commitment to excellence led him to the University of Connecticut, where he completed an advanced education program in 2021.
Since 2015, Dr. Garcia has transitioned from roles as a dental assistant and hygienist to a practicing dentist. This invaluable experience equipped him with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to take the next step in his career – opening his own practice. Dr. Garcia’s journey shows his unwavering dedication to creating a patient-centered environment that reflects his own values, culture, and the lessons he has learned along the way.
Dr. Garcia is more than just a dentist; he’s a dedicated member of the Southwest Florida community, having called this vibrant region home for over two decades. As a father of two children born and raised in the area, he has deep roots and a personal investment in the well-being of local families.

He takes great pride in his ability to combine his passion for dentistry with the highest level of care to elevate his patients’ quality of life. When he’s not creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Garcia enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, and spending quality time with his wonderful wife and two little ones. He also finds joy in traveling, playing soccer, reading, and relaxing by the pool.
